[SANOG] SANOG mailing list update

Hi everyone,

We have migrated the SANOG mailing list to new infrastructure. Many 
thanks to ISC for hosting the SANOG mailing list since the beginning of 
SANOG.

All archives have been transitioned to the new server.

Note that the list address has been updated to be sanog at lists.sanog.org 
- the old list address will no longer function.

Please update your email client address book as appropriate.
