[SANOG] SANOG 42: Last Call For Presentations

Dear SANOG Community,

This is your last opportunity to submit your presentations for the 42nd
South Asian Network Operators Group (SANOG) Meeting, taking place from
October 21st to 25th, 2024, at the Marriott Hotel in Islamabad, Pakistan.
The deadline for proposals is October 9th, and we encourage you to submit
your papers as soon as possible to secure your spot.

Here are the important dates to remember:

   - *First Draft Programme Published:* October 3, 2024
   - *Deadline for Proposals:* October 9, 2024
   - *Final Acceptance Notification:* October 16, 2024
   - *SANOG 42 Conference:* October 21, 2024
   - *SANOG 42 Workshops:* October 22-25, 2024

You can submit your proposals online at:

Please remember that presentations should avoid any marketing, sales, or
vendor-specific content, as this goes against the spirit of SANOG. Note
that proper credit must be given for all content taken from other sources.
Evidence of plagiarism is grounds for rejection.

Presentations will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis, so
don’t delay if you wish to secure a presentation slot.

We will have five sessions, including Plenary, Technical Updates,
Operational Updates, and the SANOG Peering Forum. We invite you to propose
talks relevant to the Internet operational and research community.
Suggested topics include, but are not limited to:

   - Network Operations
   - Peering Personals
   - Routing in the IP Core (BGP, MPLS, IPv6)
   - Security (RPKI, DDoS Mitigation)
   - Data Center & Virtualization
   - Internet Exchange Points, Transit & Peering
   - DNS & DNSSEC
   - SDN & NFV
   - Network Automation & Machine Learning
   - Case Studies related to Operational Technologies

For the SANOG Peering Forum session, please submit your Peering Personals
as soon as possible.
