[SANOG] SANOG-39 annoucement !!

We are pleased to announce that SANOG-39 will be held in Bangladesh
from 9th to 13th May 2023. The event will be hosted by ISPAB and supported
by bdNOG. We look forward to continued support and participation as in the
past.
