Hello!

Anyone around here from ICANN? I see L-root reachability issues from BSNL
(AS9829).

Forward trace (BSNL > L-Root):

anurag-laptop:~ anurag$ mtr -wrc 1 199.7.83.42
HOST: anurag-laptop.home Loss% Snt Last Avg Best Wrst StDev

anurag-laptop:~ anurag$

My IP is covered in BGP announcement of 117.218.192.0/20. Can someone from
ICANN verify return path from nearby L-root node.

Also, anyone else from SANOG mailing list having same issue?
