[SANOG] Afghanistan opsec contact?

This is an escalation listing for the covering /19 with the comment 'hosting botnets for weeks and ignoring abuse reports' 

This was only escalated on Christmas day - when I checked back then it was just for one IP.

Hi, a .af government server seems to be compromised and hosting botnets.

Can someone there please get this fixed?
