[SANOG] Geo-IP service providers - IP Address to country mapping

Dear Members,

My name is Jean Thomas Jacob and I work as part of a team that performs
fraud detection for Internet Banking transactions.

We have a requirement to find out the country of login whenever a user
login to our Internet Banking website.
We are planning to do this by checking the IP Address of the user.
When i contacted Internet Assigned Numbers Authority (IANA), they
advised me that, i could get this information (IP Address to country
mapping) from a Geo-IP service provider.

Hence I am looking for a list of "highly reputable" Geo-IP service
providers who can provide this information (IP Address to country
mapping) to us.
Could any of you please recommend few such service providers. They
should be highly reputable and if there are subscription costs involved,
we are ready to pay for it.

If this is not the correct forum to post this question, please accept my
sincere apologies and ignore this email.
